About

Del Buono Legal Nurse Consulting began out of a passion for helping others and putting my deep-rooted investigative side into action. First and foremost, I am a nurse who is passionate about my work, my patients (and therapy dogs!), and the healthcare system. That, coupled with my extensive background with the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office as an investigator, has led me to become a Certified Legal Nurse ConsultantCM, utilizing my skills to delve into situations beyond what is immediately obvious to most. My keen attention to detail has earned me a reputation for picking up what most miss in a medical record.

As a clinically active nurse, my areas of expertise include Medical Case Screening, Report Writing, Chronologies, Medical Records Analysis, Court Testimonies, Interviewing, Confidentiality, Research, Policy and Procedure. My bilingual skills allow me to communicate with others in English and Spanish, both written and verbally. As a Certified Legal Nurse ConsultantCM, my expertise is the most cost-effective way to guarantee success in all of your medical-related cases.

If your caseload includes medical or nursing malpractice, general personal injury, products liability, toxic tort or environmental cases, criminal cases, or any other case involving medical or nursing issues, such as probate, Medicare fraud or worker's compensation, then you need me on your litigation team!
